Return Eligibility
• The product must not be worn, washed, or altered
• Original tags must remain intact
• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging
Return Charges:
A ₹299 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover reverse logistics.
Refund Method:
Refunds are issued in the form of a credit note, which can be used for future purchases on the Artear website. Orders placed using a credit note from a previous return will not be eligible for further returns or refunds.
